RISE is for those who feel called to be in the room—across D-types, s-types, switches, and those exploring their path.

We welcome lifestyle, industry, and those curious about BDSM, Kink, Leather, and Fetish history and lifestyles.

Whether you are established in the lifestyle, stepping more fully into it, or new this is a space for connection, perspective, and shared experience.

RISE is open to all, we are a female-produced event that is open beyond the FemDom community.

RISE is not built around classes or presentations. It is a Summit—centered on conversation, access, and lived experience.

It is a space where the tradition of oral history happens interactively, in real time, through dialogue with those who have shaped O/our community and all in the room.

It is a rare opportunity to sit with so many from the old guard who join us to share and listen, it is a celebration, a cumulative experience that creates a deep and unique sense of community and empowerment.

Friday – Summit Activation
We encourage guests to arrive ready to connect as we ignite the energy of the weekend. This is a wonderful evening to dress just a touch above casual as you step into the magic of the RISE community we will create together. Our venue is vanilla-oriented, and we aim to honor and respect that environment through the weekend.

Saturday – Day Sessions
This is the heart of the RISE experience—a time to feel both comfortable and polished. If you find yourself choosing between something ultra-casual and something more refined, we invite you to lean toward the more elevated option.

Saturday Night – MASQUERADE
Refined attire is expected—formal, fetish, or cocktail wear that reflects the ceremonial nature of the evening.

Our MASQUERADE theme is both playful and purposeful. While it adds an air of mystery and elegance, it also offers a level of discretion, as portions of the evening will be filmed. Masks are encouraged for those who wish to remain more private.

Sunday – Integration
Our final day together carries a more relaxed tone. Many guests will be transitioning to travel shortly after, so comfort is key while still maintaining a sense of presence for our closing moments.

No specific level of experience or defined role is required.

RISE welcomes a range of perspectives, identities, and paths.

What matters most is a willingness to listen, engage, and be fully present in a space rooted in respect and shared understanding.

MASQUERADE is the crown jewel of the Summit. After several sessions of coming together in community on Friday and throughout Saturday, we step into celebration…

A celebration of each other, a celebration of the elegant opportunity that D/s offers us to give and receive. And a celebration of ourselves—our personal journeys, and for showing up to explore together during the RISE experience.

High protocol service
Masquerade provides an opportunity to enjoy an evening of high protocol service. S-types have the opportunity to serve the Dominants, who will be seated at the center tables of the room.

In this space, our protocols are gentle and designed for everyone to be set up for success. Think one part Downton Abbey, and two parts Bridgerton (because it’s just so sexy). It is formal, team-oriented service, with a procession to introduce the servers, followed by drink and refreshment service.

Is there training and support?
We will begin introducing this culmination experience on Friday evening, with additional guidance provided on Saturday afternoon. S-types are asked to arrive early to the Saturday night session for a brief rehearsal (more details to be announced).

We have designed the evening’s service to be approachable—it simply requires a bit of teamwork. Members of the San Diego Femdom Alliance ELITE Service team will be present to guide and support, serving as leaders at each table. It is a wonderful opportunity to give it a try.

Is serving required?
Not at all. Participation is entirely voluntary and rooted in consent. Observing is absolutely an option. It is a special and magical experience from any perspective.

Masks for S-types who are serving will be provided by SDFA to create a cohesive, unified look for the team. We ask that servers wear them when accessible.

Refreshments
MASQUERADE is not a dinner service. Guests will have a break beginning at 4pm to prepare for the evening, including time to nourish themselves. Drinks and light refreshments will be served. The experience centers on the exchange of service.

Evocative performances
Throughout the MASQUERADE, guests will enjoy performances that are sensual, expressive, and engaging.

Ambassadors of Kink™ Award Ceremony
This year, we are honored to partner with Goddess Phoenix, Founder and Executive Producer of AOK, who will present Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame awards to distinguished leaders in the community.

RISE is a fully private event, and attendance is limited to registered guests only for the entire duration of the Summit.

The venue is reserved exclusively for RISE well before our Friday Summit Activation begins and remains private through the close of our Sunday programming, extending well beyond guest departure. This allows us to create a contained, intentional environment where trust, connection, and safety can be cultivated.

To honor that container, we kindly ask that only registered attendees be present at the venue at any time during the event. This includes before the event begins, throughout the weekend, and after programming concludes.

We understand there may be a desire to stop by to greet speakers or guests; however, arriving without a ticket—even briefly or at the close of the event—is not permitted.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain the integrity and privacy of the RISE experience.

We understand the importance of accessibility and aim for RISE to be as inclusive as possible.

At the same time, there are real and unavoidable costs associated with producing an experience of this scale—especially in the current economic climate.
