RISE! is a power-focused Mini Con unlike any other — a 3 day conversation, connection, education, and celebration designed to explore the many faces of power within our BDSM, kink, and power exchange communities.

From the legacies of iconic Femdom luminaries to the rising stars forging new paths, this gathering is both a bridge and a beacon: honoring where we've come from while boldly carrying power forward.

Here, we will unpack power in all its beautiful complexity:

We invite all genders, bodies, and identities, on either side of the slash, who wish to honor, explore, and uplift female-led power spaces. This is not a space for gatekeeping — but one for apprenticeship, alliance, and amplification.

Meet & Greet

7:00 - 9:30pm

Kick-start the weekend by connecting with fellow attendees in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere designed to spark conversation and anticipation. Enjoy ambient BDSM-inspired performances that set the tone for the days ahead.

The first hour is dedicated to open mingling, followed by an important information session for all guests to ensure a smooth and empowered weekend experience.

Morning Session: All attendees together

Our Saturday morning session kicks-off the weekend together with insightful panels and meaningful group conversation.

Afternoon Session: Break outs

2:00pm - 4:00pm

  • D-TYPES will enjoy time in conversation with our legendary guests. Expect an evocative discussion and lots of connection for sure!

  • s-TYPES get focused interactive time with Mama Vi to talk all things “right of the slash”. If you have not yet heard her speak please know, she is compelling and it’s truly a gift to have her here in San Diego with us.

The session closes with an important information based conversation about the High Protocol meal service.

Serving at MASQUERADE is optional, it is important for everyone in attendance to be informed with a procession service of this scale.

Evening Session: “Masquerade” A High Protocol Celebration

MASQUERADE – Step into an evening of elegance, mystery, and power as the space transforms into a living expression of ceremony and allure.

Our red-carpet entry is a striking interactive selfie station ready to capture the magic, glamour, and command of the night.

A four-course High Protocol service experience — featuring three curated small plates, a formal toast, and full beverage service — is presented through a grand ceremonial procession.

Between each course, immersive performances unfold — evocative offerings crafted to captivate the senses and heighten the atmosphere of decadence and reverence.

It is a night of magic & memories!

The SDFA™ ELITE High Protocol Service team leads each small table group, helping attendees who want to participate have a successful experience. Service is optional! The D-types, seated in the center, will be served like royals. s-types observing will have table seating that surrounds the Dommes/Doms.

Summit Closing Sessions

VIP ticket holders are invited to enjoy light morning refreshments with our speakers and honored guests. This intimate gathering offers a relaxed and meaningful way to begin the final day of the Summit. A group photo will be taken.

Closing Session & Marketplace
The Summit concludes with a curated marketplace featuring local craftspeople and a community resource table.

Our Closing Ceremony includes a panel conversation and full-group discussion. Together, we will honor our time together, reflect on what has been shared, and intentionally prepare to re-enter our lives and communities with clarity and connection.

RISE! A Concept Expanded
This event was originally designed to celebrate and convene the FemDom community. Much like with any piece of art in the making, the vision can shift along the way. RISE has shifted this year…

With the speakers and community leaders coming from around the country, and beyond, we choose to open our doors to all, it is the right thing to do…

RISE is a space where all voices matter…

We are each a light in this community in our own way. In choosing to come together at RISE we allow space to be a true constellation where each light is an essential part of the whole… there is room for all at RISE.

Once-in-a-Life Opportunity
The influential elders and legends that are coming together for RISE makes this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hear our history, connect in the present, and strengthen together as a community.

This year the event begins with a deep dive into the concept of submission as the beginning to a weekend exploring power… with the goal of creating strength in all as well navigate these uncertain times in the world.

Important note:
It is important to note that it is a Female-led event. The leadership team and all primary roles are held by femme identifying humans. We will speak of the feminine leadership model and showcase how FemDom history has been influential in the BDSM and kink scene.

D-types will be seated in the center tables and s-types surrounding us close-by. There is a high protocol meal service, serving is optional.

We ask switches to select the side of the slash they will explore for the entire event.
